Privacy Statement

Our statement on data sovereignty in light of the recent events. We value your privacy and promise full transparency at all times.

Protecting the privacy and data sovereignty of our customers

At ProjectWizards, we treat our customers' privacy and data with the utmost care and respect.

Recent changes to Adobe's Terms of Service (TOS) have raised many questions and concerns. Adobe has announced that data stored in their cloud may be licensed by Adobe. This license allows Adobe to use, reproduce, publicly display, distribute, modify, create derivative works based on, publicly perform and translate its customers' content - worldwide, non-exclusively and royalty-free. After the understandable outcry in the community, Adobe then tried an additional explanation - but it didn't really make things any better.

In contrast, we ensure that our customers' privacy and data sovereignty are protected at all times. Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are designed to protect our customers' control and ownership of their data. Here is a brief but transparent summary:

  1. Application: Our adoc Studio application does not collect any data. This means we do not store any personal data, usage data, device information or location data from our users.

  2. Website cookies: Our cookie banner is implemented via the company CCM19. On each page you visit, a script is executed that checks whether you have already responded to our cookie banner. If you accept all cookies, your data will be forwarded to Google for the page you have accessed. If not, no data will be collected. CCM19 only provides us with the aggregated number of accepted, unaccepted and bounced users of our website. Each visitor is assigned an anonymized ID to track behavior. This ID cannot be traced back to you. You can find more information about the provider in the FAQs of CCM19.

  3. Marketing cookies: On our website, with your consent, data is stored for marketing purposes and forwarded to Google Analytics or Google Ads via Google Tag Manager. This service collects aggregated data about page views and geographic information from your device, which is anonymized and not directly linked to an individual IP address. This only takes place if you fully accept our cookie notice. You can revoke your consent at any time via the cookie icon at the bottom left of the page by clicking on "Reject" or deactivating the "Analysis / Statistics" policy in "Settings". Detailed information on cookies can be accessed via the question mark symbol in the cookie banner.

For detailed information on how we handle your data and the measures we take to protect your privacy, we invite you to read our Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions. If you have any questions or concerns, our support team is always available to help.

We pride ourselves on earning and maintaining the trust of our customers by adhering to the highest standards of privacy and data security.
